Simple Family Love

Every family I photograph teaches me something. Through the lens of my camera I learn big lessons of love and parenting. I am very thankful to each and every family for sharing and trusting me to document their time together.

Today I want to share with you very special pictures filled with joy, big smiles, messy hair and sandy toes. I love these pictures, because they are about childhood, about laughing, playing and being carefree with your children. I am proud to be the one to photograph these moments for this amazing family.

When Home is Your Favourite Place to Be

I was absolutely thrilled to be invited to the new home of my fellow photographer and amazing woman Natalia. She wanted to have family pictures in the comfort of their new home. And oh my god! I had one of the most enjoyable photoshoots ever! Not just because it was easy and fun to shoot these warm and sincere people; I found it deeply meaningful and intimate that they wanted pictures to be taken in their favourite place to be – a big blooming garden they designed and are looking after purely by themselves. Natalia, Sergei and their little daughter Veronica are such friendly people! I felt so welcome in their house. I feel blessed meeting such talented people and now good friends!

Soul Meets Body

This was the first time I travelled inland of Australia. We drove for around 150 kilometres from Sydney and reached this serene gorgeous property in Southern Highlands, NSW.  And I must tell you, it turned out to be no less beautiful than the Australian coastline! I loved green valleys, curvy smooth hill lines, the play of light on its slopes. This is the type of landscape I feel blessed contemplating.

I did my best to convey peaceful close-to-nature meditative state of this place and of a gorgeous pregnant woman in the pictures. Samantha was 30 weeks pregnant, and she was looking amazing! Sam is an athlete and her lifestyle is very healthy and active. Truly, she is an inspiration to many. No doubts, her pregnancy was a breeze. I wish her easy labour and her little one to be the happiest baby on the block! :)

Near Light

It is truly a small world – Dasha and I met in Sydney just a few weeks ago, although we both had been living in Kiev for years. We know the same people and speak the same language, but got to know each other on the opposite side of the world! […]

My first post about Sydney

Sydney became my new home not long ago. There is still so much to explore in the city and its surroundings. Every single day is full of something new and wonderful for me. Every time I go outside I am bound to see something beautiful. The trees, terrace houses, gorgeous tropical flowers, cozy cafes, friendly people and of course the beaches – everything excites me.I want to say to all the people who live here to appreciate your home.
